Firstly not all cracked wheels are repairable and we need to see each cracked alloy wheel to ascertain whether or not we can proceed with a repair.
If repairable we will only weld one crack per wheel as per our Company policy. An alloy wheel with a welded crack will never be as strong as original, with this in mind if you hit a pothole/object in the road it is possible for the repair to crack again.
The time span and cost for completing the repair is dependent on the extent of the damage and our work schedule at the time.
